Refund Policy

Before contacting Wonderful Apps Limited to request a refund, you may need to check whether your order meets the refund conditions.

The following products are not eligible for return:

The purchased license has expired, meaning the product has exceeded its specified validity period. Additionally, a small number of products sold on a credit basis, although the subscription has not expired, have exhausted their credits, hours, or characters; or the subscription has expired, but the credits, hours, or characters have not been used.

The purchase date exceeds 30 days from the date of the first payment. Products come with a 7-day refund guarantee due to their instant data recovery feature. If the product is consumable, such as credits or quotas, once consumed, a refund will not be supported even if the product has not expired.

The product does not meet expectations. Wonderful Apps Limited recommends reading the product description and trying the free trial version before making a final purchase decision.

Unauthorized payments due to credit card fraud or other reasons. Wonderful Apps Limited advises contacting the card issuer if there is any suspicion of fraud or unauthorized payment. Since Wonderful Apps Limited works with independent payment platforms, it cannot monitor the authorization process during payment.

Membership benefits are not received within one hour. Typically, after order confirmation, Wonderful Apps Limited's system automatically sends membership benefits to the client application within one hour. However, due to network or system issues, there may be delays. In such cases, you should contact Wonderful Apps Limited's customer service team.

The wrong product was purchased, but the correct product has already been purchased from another company.

Price differences for products in different regions.

A "change of mind" after purchase.

Refunds for renewal orders due to personal reasons (e.g., "I didn’t know it was renewed" or "I no longer need it"). We will send a notification email 15 days before the deduction date. You can cancel the automatic subscription at any time before the deduction date.

Refund requests due to technical issues, where the customer refuses to cooperate with Wonderful Apps Limited's support team for troubleshooting, refuses to provide detailed descriptions and information about the issue, or refuses to try solutions provided by the support team.

Products purchased through individual sellers, authorized resellers, third-party platforms (e.g., eBay), Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store. Please contact the respective seller or purchase platform to request a refund.

Any WonderfulApps products purchased from any seller other than WonderfulApps can only be returned to the seller from whom you purchased the product, subject to that seller's return policy (if any).

Additional download services (add-ons) purchased outside the product, and it was not disclosed whether they can be removed. The refund applies only to the cost of the add-on service.

Purchasing the same product twice or purchasing two products with similar functionality.

Purchasing the wrong product without using it, but subsequently placing the correct order with WonderfulApps.

Membership benefits were not received within 24 hours of purchase, and after contacting WonderfulApps support, the benefits were still not received, and there was no timely response (within 24 hours) from the support team.

The purchased software has terminal technical issues, and no solution was provided within 7 days. If you do not wish to wait for subsequent upgrades, Wonderful Apps Limited will issue a full refund.
